The Australian Government is investing in the Digital Transformation Agenda to drive innovation and facilitate easier, faster access to government services for individuals and businesses. Almost $255 million is being injected into initial implementation of the agenda which strives to increase government services through digital channels while over 55 per cent are still paper-based.
The Australian Digital Government Summit provides leading national and international case studies exploring best implementation practices for an organisation-wide digital strategy and accompanying framework. The forum provides strategies to implement an entirely digital workflow, offering benefits in time, efficiency and cost. By designing your digital services around the needs of the consumer, you will ensure fast access to accurate information, reduced administrative workload and enhanced citizen experience.
